Love my new boots!
so i was looking for new boots after my old vagabond ones finally gave out, and found flattered. grabbed a pair of the suede boots and they're amazing. just wondering, how do i take care of them? codes usually go in at checkout, right? i want to keep these looking good for ages.

Shipping took about a week to the US, which was expected since they're in Europe, but they arrived a day earlier than the tracking said. The shoes themselves are really well made, the leather feels premium. I had a question about shoe care, so I used their contact form and got a helpful response within 24 hours. The fit was true to size for me, I usually wear a 7 and their 37 worked out perfectly. Overall, a solid purchase and a good experience.
Good value on sale

Quality product, shipping could improve
I bought a pair of their Chelsea boots, and they're lovely. The suede is soft and they feel very sturdy. I like that they're handcrafted in Europe; it shows in the details. However, shipping did take a bit longer than I anticipated, around 9 days, even though it was within their stated window. I also found the packaging a little underwhelming for a premium brand, just a standard box and dust bag. It would be nice to see something a bit more substantial there. But all in all, the boots themselves are excellent and that's what matters most to me.
