Quality product, shipping could improve
I bought a pair of their Chelsea boots, and they're lovely. The suede is soft and they feel very sturdy. I like that they're handcrafted in Europe; it shows in the details. However, shipping did take a bit longer than I anticipated, around 9 days, even though it was within their stated window. I also found the packaging a little underwhelming for a premium brand, just a standard box and dust bag. It would be nice to see something a bit more substantial there. But all in all, the boots themselves are excellent and that's what matters most to me.
